Alison Leung

Senior Consultant

Alison is a consultant passionate about building people-centered solutions to solving business challenges because, in our constantly changing work environment, people and our relationships to one another are constant. As a consultant, facilitator, and learning designer she takes a strategic and creative approach to designing and delivering high-impact, people-first initiatives.

As a consultant, she has worked across industries, from tech to higher education, to develop strategies and programs for employee experience, culture activation, leadership development, and talent management. Prior to consulting, she worked at a workforce development nonprofit where she was a part of scaling employee development and training offerings nationally as a founding member of their L&D team.

Her personal work philosophy and passion for people-centered business solutions are informed by her love of art and nature. Natural ecosystems reinforce the need for collaboration and communication within complex systems while her art practice reminds her that creating a unifying and inspiring vision takes time.
