Kelly Reine

Principal

Kelly has dedicated her career to creating experiences and programs where leaders grow and organizations thrive. She works as a coach, consultant, and facilitator with clients across industries and geographies. Her work focuses on growing high-performing leaders and teams with outsized results, and fostering cultures that enable strategic success. She’s passionate about helping clients connect dots, uncover blind spots, lead with empathy, and drive results with impact that resonates throughout their organizations.

Kelly brings over 20 years of professional services experience to Innovative Thought, including 15 years at Deloitte, where she formalized Deloitte Consulting’s approach to client account leadership and led Deloitte’s US Client Leadership Center of Excellence, engaging 400+ partners, representing $20B in annual revenue. Her favorite part of that role was coaching leaders to successfully transition into new roles.

Today, Kelly consults on the design, development, and facilitation of strategic growth, leadership development, and change management initiatives. Her work includes:

  • Coaching individual executives to grow their capacity as leaders.
  • Working with leaders and teams to define strategic objectives and actionable plans for achieving them.
  • Creating organizational structures and supporting systems, programs, and practices to engage and grow people, and optimize performance.
  • Developing and facilitating programs to drive growth, shift leadership mindsets, and develop future leaders.

In addition to her work, Kelly spends her time navigating the teenage years with her husband and two girls, and trying to coax her two rescue dogs to take a walk. A native Californian, she has doubled-down on her road-tripping roots in recent years, exploring the South from her home base in Atlanta.

Kelly holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, a BA from Tufts University, and a certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
