Stacy is a communicator, strategist, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity and achieve meaningful outcomes. She specializes in communication, organizational culture, and strategic planning, partnering extensively with leaders in higher education, technology, biotech, healthcare, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and the nonprofit sector.
Stacy works with clients to tackle their most pressing challenges, from strategic planning and vision alignment to culture transformation and leadership enablement. Her approach combines deep listening with practical application—she conducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates workshops, and designs solutions that create clarity and momentum. Whether helping executive teams align on strategy, crafting communications that inspire and inform, or building employee engagement initiatives, Stacy delivers actionable insights that drive results.
Before joining Innovative Thought, Stacy was a senior consultant and director at Blue Beyond Consulting (which became part of BDO USA in 2025) and held leadership roles across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master of Arts in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State.
Stacy lives in Severna Park, Maryland with her husband and twin teenagers. She spends as much time as she can with family and friends, getting outside, especially paddleboarding, doing yoga, and traveling.
