As organizations change they often need an outside view and data to help support their change.  Innovative Thought helps our clients to design organizations that meet the strategy of today and tomorrow.  Using unique, custom-built assessments we provide data that informs the decisions that are being made and then support internal teams as they make decisions.  

Our work does not stop at organizational design.  We support the implementation of a new organization by designing and developing learning interventions to embed the new behaviors that are required.

Work we have done:

  • Supported the redesign of a $2B professional services organization by developing new leadership roles and training
  • Designed an innovation function as part of a new growth organization in a large CPG.  Designed, created and implemented the supporting training.
  • Supported the redesign of an HR function to become more business centric
